Tips For Finding Happiness In the New Year

Finding happiness in the new year does not have to be a challenge.  In fact, there are several ways to increase happiness everyday.  Whether you are seeking happiness in your work life, relationship, spiritual, or emotional well-being, here are some tips to help get you started in the new year:
  • Discover a new career.  Finding a new career path can give new freshness to your life.  Investing your time in job improvement classes, resume skills, or constructive job searches can lead you to the path of finding a career that is right for you.  Consider a career in pharmacy technician or if you are already a tech consider the possibility of studying to become a pharmacist.  The possibilities are endless.
  • Advance your education.  Pharmacy Technicians must update their skills and knowledge daily.  Keeping up continuing education credits is a must.  Technicians are required to earn 20 hours of CE credits every two years to keep up their certification.  Attending seminars, classes, and earning CE credits through special sections in NPTA’s Today’s Technician magazine are various ways technicians can keep up their certification and increase their knowledge base.
  • Resolution.  Make a reasonable resolution and stick to it.  Be realistic in your resolution and realize the time it takes to make the idea a reality.
The top two hopes for 2013 are to find happiness and prosperity.  What are your hopes in the new year?
